We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Returns (Change of Mind)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, and a further 14 days to send the item back once you've notified us.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery (including engraved pieces)
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or defective
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to:
- Request a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item
- Request a repair or replacement after this period where applicable
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the issue.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will include:
- The full cost of the item
- The standard delivery cost (if applicable)
Please note:
- Premium or expedited delivery charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Condition & Care
Returned items must not show signs of wear or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in acceptable condition.
Please be aware:
- Natural tarnishing over time is not considered a fault
- Damage caused by wear and tear, chemicals, water, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect

7. Important Information
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
